Ethic theorists have expressed different opinions in this field similar to their other colleagues. One of the greatest Western philosophers who has significant viewpoints in the realm of ethic is SPINOZA. The whole philosophy system of Spinoza can represent positive guidelines for moral education, aims, principles and methods of moral education especially in terms of ethic and some other issues such as immortality, eternality and conatus perservandi, the concept of human potential and liberty. The most significant moral education methods in Spinoza’s viewpoint include rational moral education, intellectual love method and the rejection of indoctrinating approaches in some levels of education. The thought held by Spinoza hinges upon the assumption that most of the individuals are not capable of acquiring higher levels of knowledge. Therefore, the indoctrination method should be applied in the course of teaching the low-talented people. Since the moral education is a field to which less attention is paid and usually ignored in educational system, the present research is carried out with the aim of reviewing ethic in the Spinoza thought and its applications for moral education by the analytical-descriptive method
