The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of Teaching Philosophy of Education through Management Education Model (MEM) on undergraduate students’ learning effectively in the 2nd semester of Allameh Tabatabai University. The study was semi-experimental from the aim point of view and applied type from the method of research point of view. The population of the study was the whole students attending the course in the academic year. The aim of the applied research was to provide descriptive evidence for the use of the model. The means of collecting data concerning the students’ reacting, learning and performing is the several questionnaires filled by them and the grades of students in the philosophy course subject and the exploratory factor analysis was used to assess the structural validity and reliability of measures designed to Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used-up (0.81(In order to analyze the statistical data of one sample T test, effect size formula and analyze the covariance (ANCOVA) are utilized. The found results proves the positive, effective and meaningful impact of teaching the philosophy course subject with the pattern of education management to education management students. A distinctive meaningful difference was specified in the augmentation of reaction level and satisfaction from masters, students’ level of learning with respect to their grades or the educational performance of the education management and the efficacy of students’ learning under the pattern-based education method in comparison with the control group which lacks the pattern-based education.
