The main purpose of this research is to study of conceptual framework of child education rights. To this end, conceptual analysis method was employed. Convention on child rights is the major basis of the analysis and its clauses related to child education rights were set as minor bases. This analysis identified 3 categories of rights as child education rights: 1) The right to have access to education, 2) The right to enjoy high quality education, and 3) To show respect for human rights by education. In addition to these 3 fold aspects just mentioned, there was a set of central concepts presentable for each aspect: education throughout all stages of childhood and afterwards, availability and accessibility of education, and equal opportunities, These 3 concepts fall in a subset of the right to have access to education. Concepts under the second aspect, the right to enjoy high quality education, include extensive, relevant, and comprehensive curricula; human rights- based learning and assessment; and child- friendly, secure, and safe environment. And concepts related to the third aspect, to show respect for human rights by education, are respect for identity, respect for partnership rights, and respect for children integrity.
